| A. |
In order to use 4UCA, whether buying or selling, you must first be a registered user, which although requires that you specify a valid credit during the registration process for validation, will never be charged unless you create listings with 4UCA. The secure registration process is only required once and once complete you will have full and free access to the site. |

| Q. |
Ok, why must I provide a valid credit card in order to register... I just want to make an offer on a item listed on the site and understand this is at no cost to me? |
| A. |
There are a number of reasons you are required to specify a valid credit during the registration process, one of which is to help us stamp out fraud and false identity. 4UCA will never charge your credit card, nor make your information available to anyone, but by requiring a valid credit card, we are able to match your credit card records to your information provided to us to validate you are who you say you are. |

What if my listed item sells privately, not through 4UCA - What then? |
| A. |
You are responsible for closing all listings that are no longer available through 4UCA, whether they have sold outside of 4UCA or whether you are no longer interested in selling the item. In order to close a listing, you must first log onto 4UCA, then go to My Account to modify your listing. Once you have opened the desired listing in detail view, simple check the STOP check box and then press continue. The listng will become inactive at that point. Note: When you stop a listing you can not restart it at a later time - you will have to relist the item again which will be subject to relisting fees. |
