All commission fees are charged on the actual sales price. If you list a item with only a asking price, then you are charged a commision on that amount regardless if it sell or not at the time the item is listed.
Maximum Insertion Fee of $35.00 with a overall maximum Commision Fee of $250.00 per listing if item sells.
If on the other hand you list your item with a Lowest Offer Price, you are billed a commission for that amount instead at the time you list your item. However when your item sells, you will be charged the difference at 2%. Maximum Insertion Fee of $35.00 with a overall maximum Commision Fee of $250.00 per listing if item sells.
For example if you list your item for 60 days with an asking price of $500 and specify a lowest offer price of $400, you will be charged a commision of $7.40 ($400 x 1.85%) at the time you enter your listing up for sale. Then later you are offered $450 for your item and you accept the offer and complete the sale, then 4UCA will finalize the transaction and charge you an addition $1.00 ($50 x 2%) for the difference of the sales price and the original lowest offer listing price. The final commision fee charged will never exceed $250 including the initial insertion fee when the item sells.
